Day 01 - Arrive Srinagar
Pick up from Srinagar airport & Transfer Hotel / Houseboat as Applicable. After Visit Mughal Gardens "Nishat" (The Garden of Pleasure) and "Shalimar" (Abode of All) and Chesma Shahi (Royal Spring).Drive along the Lake side on Boulevard .On return visit a local Handicrafts Emporium for hand-knotted specialty Silken carpets, shawls, jewellery ornaments. In second half day Visit Shankracharya Temple. Overnight stay in Houseboats.

Day 02 : Srinagar- Zojila- Drass- Kargil ( Approx 5 - 6 hrs)

After Breakfast check out Houseboats and driving through Sonamarg and crossing the Zoji-la pass (11,500-ft. / 3,505 mtrs) en-route. On the way, there are halts at Sonamarg a pristine valley with lush views and snow-clad peak; Zo jila Pass (a high altitude pass); Drass Village- the world's 2nd coldest inhabitant place. Here you visit War memorial hall and Museum- also known as Vijaypath. The memorial was constructed by the Indian Army in the memory of the soldiers and officers of the Indian Army who laid their lives in Kargil War. Overnight in the hotel at Kargil

 

Day 03 : Kargil - Lamayuru- via Alchi Monastery (Indus Zanskar River Conference ) - Magnetic Hill - Leh ( Approx 6 hrs)
After Breakfast check out hotel and drive to Leh, enroute viewing / visiting the dramatically located Lamayuru monastery and the adjoining "Moonland" hills forming its backdrop. after visiting the 11th century Alchi oldest surviving monastic heritage of Ladakh - a UNESCO listed heritage site. Driving further on along the Indus, visit Sanagm (confluence of Indus & Zanskar Rivers), (River RAFTING POINT - you can rafting here 2 or 3 hrs) after drive to Magnetic Point, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara & Hall of Fame (museum of military heritage).
Magnetic hill to marvel at the amazing natural wonder. Also pay respects to Pathar Sahib Gurudwara- constructed in memory of Guru Nanak Dev ji- the founder of Sikh religion and the first guru . Continue your road journey. On arrival in Leh, visit the Hall of Fame Museum a war memorial by the Indian Army that was founded in the memory of Indian soldiers who laid lives in Indo-Pak wars. Complete the check-in formalities at your hotel. Overnight stay in Leh.

 

Day 04 : Leh - Khardungla - Nubra Hunder Valley ( Approx 4 - 5 hrs)
After breakfast drive to Nubra valley over the Khardung la,(18300feet) highest motor able road in the World. and Proceed to Diskit Monastery
Diskit Monastery also known as Diskit Gompa or Diskit Gompa is the oldest and largest Buddhist monastery in the Nubra Valley of Ladakh, northern India.
After explores we drive toward the down Hunder past an area of rolling sand dunes, one can see double hump Camel and visitors can take a camel safari dunes at Hundar. Over night in Camp.


Day 05 : Hunder - Tyakshi – Hunder 160 Kms/ 5-6 Hrs

After breakfast drive to Tyakshi (which is first time opened for the tourist since 2010) this village was captured by Indians Army in war of 1972 with Pakistan, enroute visit Tyakshi(it is the border which divides India and Pakistan) Evening back to Hunder and Overnight stay in Camp.

Day 06 : Hunder - Turtuk - Hunder ( Approx 2 -3 hrs)

After breakfast drive to Turtuk (which is first time opened for the tourist in 2010) which is a place Annexed by India only after the 1971 war, the village of Turtuk is one of the only Balti villages in India and lies right next to the LOC. The village with the whole population of muslims still resembles mini Pakistan. The village's inhabitants still use traditional utensils which are crafted from stone. Explore the village of Turtuk the village offers views of beautiful valley, part of Shyok Valley. On clear days you can have glimpse of K2 mountain peak located across the border in Pakistan. Though a muslim village, there are few gompas located on the plateau above Shyok River and there is a old royal house to see in village. Return to Hundar by the evening.
Overnight stay in Camp , Hunder.

Day 07 : Hunder - Nubra Valley - Pangong Lake ( Approx 4 hrs)

After breakfast check out camp and drive to pangong lake via Shyok and onto Tang Tse and Spangmik ( Pangong). It's a short cut and it's a beautiful route. The road follows the Shyok river, and climbs up a mountain before finally descending into Shayok village. It took us less than an hour to reach Shayok, and we were delighted at the sight of the rather big village surrounded by barren mountains, the entire setting being very picturesque. Afternoon we reach at Pangong lake and enjoy your day at pangong lake. Overnight stay at camp.

Day 08 : Pangong Lake - Leh -  Nyoma
After breakfast drive to Nyoma (first time opened for the tourist in 2010) enroute Chumathang (Hot Spring) along the Indus River, if permitted, then tourist can reach upto Handle and return back to Nyoma. O/N Nyoma (Home stay)

Day 09 : Nyoma - Tsomoriri Lake

Morning after breakfast check out Nyoma Guest house and drive to Tsomoriri Lake. Spend your evening on lake by leisure walk on the banks of lake.  Overnight stay near Lake, Camp Stay.


Day 10 : Tsomoriri Lake – Tsokar – Sarchu 260 Kms/ 10-11 Hrs

After Breakfast check out Camp and drive to Sarchu passing Puga, Tsokar Lake, Skyangchu Thang – Plateau on Stretch of 42 Kms, Enjoy your lunch at Pang, post lunch leave for Sarchu by crossing Nakeela and Lachlung La. Arrive Sarchu by evening. O/N Sarchu.

Day 11 : Sarchu – Manali 222 Kms/ 9-10 Hrs

After the breakfast drive for Manali, a beautiful scenic drive by crossing Baralacha La (4845m), lunch at Sissu village, later cross famous Rohtang Pass, 13050 ft. Arrive Manali by evening. Journey ends here.
